building time

When improving the market into a trade center, the time to build the improvement was indicated as "-6" instaed of what I guess should have been "16".

I've seen this too. I think it might not be limited to the market/trade center - I think I saw it on upgrade from basic research lab to research lab. Maybe it happens on all upgrades.

Yes, it happens on all upgrades. It only happens when you've just clicked it on the right menu to bring up the build/buy option.

Once you select Build, the correct time shows up on the build queue.
