Some windows appear minimized (or small) when blinds running.

So here's my problem: When I run Blinds, some of my programs only open to a very small window--not minimized completely, just about 20x30 pixels. As soon as I unload Blinds, all of these work fine. I have tried using "universal" skins to get around this, but the ones I really like require Blinds running. Anyone know if there is a setting to fix this. Or what the underlying cause is? Workarounds? Thanks. JS

I'm using a 4thGL database program called eDeveloper. I'm a programmer and this is the tool that I use for development. Since about 1984 in fact! In any event, programs that work perfectly when Blinds is not running cause the behavior I described. And not ALL the windows in my programs. Just some. I've made sure that I have no settings that are different from the ones that work to those that don't.

This is when running XP. Havn't tried other OS. And I've never seen this type of problem before and the tech support crew at MSE can't see a cause either.
