Request: Move config and ships design files to My Documents folder

I noticed that Save Game files are stored in a My Documents/My Games/ folder. Definitely a step in the right direction!

I would like to also see config files (specific to the person playing the game) and ship model designs (specific to one saved game) also stored in My Documents subfolders. This would allow people who use Windows XP to have other user accounts on the computer play the game without affecting their setup.

This would also be a big help if the GalCiv 2 application configuration gets messed up and the game won't start anymore. By deleting the files in My Documents, you could restore the game to the "factory settings" without having to uninstall the whole game and then reinstall. Making people poke around in their Program Files directory is just bad form.
