Ordered Multiplicity Pro - But I cannot download the file !!!

I just bought Multiplicity Pro a few days ago and they sent me the confirmation e-mail with my order number, serial number, and full download. I went to the download link and it goes to a webpage that says "File Not Found"

What do I do!?!?

I e-mailed them a few times, and have not gotten a response. I hope someone gets back with me soon, I am using this program for my business and need it ASAP.

Yeah, same thing here. Love how on the website they dont have a working phone number, nor do they reply to their emails. I tried to downlolad Stardock Central but surprise? The link doesn't work for that either.

I've already installed StarDock Central and that doesn't help me me downloading the full version of Multiplicty Pro.

How can I get the Full Version of Multiplicity Pro that I already paid 70.00 for!?

This and the other couple of download link problems that popped up over the weekend have been fixed. I'm not sure exactly how it happened, but I'm convinced it was my fault.
