extract .ico from shell32.dll

hello.
for a reason i would rather not get into i would really like one of the shell32.dll icons converted to .ico format. its path is "C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll,7" its the removable disk icon. if someone could tell me how to do it, or better yet - send me it (mesagog@gmail.com) i would be in your debt. thanks!
