How Do I Get the Taskbar/Start Button Onto the Dock?

New user here. Just downloaded the free version, still trying to figure it out ...

What I'd like to do is get rid of most if not all of my Windows 2000 icons and replace them with ObjectDock, but I can't figure out how to do that with the Windows Start button/taskbar ...

Is there any way to do that?

If my question makes no sense let me know and I'll try to be more coherent! EDIT: Okay, I figured out how to create a new "Start Menu" on the dock, but NOT how to access functions like Shut Down, Run, Search, etc ... Any help greatly appreciated!

This docklet allows you to access quite a few system commands.. https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=29&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=1&advanced=0&searchtxt=syscmd

Extract to the Docklets folder.

Right click dock, and select Add > Syscmd > right click new dock entry, and choose the system command you want. Right click again > Select Icon to set a new icon for the shortcut.

Do this for each command you wish to add to the dock.

Search the ObjectDock docklets section of WinCustomize! There's plenty to choose from.

Wizop and Chris - thanks to you both for responding! I've pretty much got this particular problem fixed now.
Thanks again!

EDIT: Chris, I know I'm going to feel really stupid for asking this, but where do I find the area you refered to?
