In the diplomacy screen where you trade your influence and sign your treaties, should it be possible to trade technologies that you have for ALL of one of the AI's planets?

Actually I should state why did the AI let me trade him out of existance?

I suppose it would be funny if the REALLY dumb races have a random percentage of trading away all their planets, but yes, the current setup will be tweaked so aliens will be less generous with their last few planets.
