Paint Shop Pro 9 problem

When I try and start PSP 9, the mouse goes to "hourglass" and then stops. When I check the task manager it shows PSP 9 is running, but it's not on the desktop. Anybody else having this problem?

That did it. Thanks for the help everyone. Is this a problem that's been going on, or something new?

you don't really have to uninstall Icon Packager. You just have to unregister IPRepair.dll, that's what was causing all the mess.
