The LunaVX windowblinds theme

Recently got a new laptop and wanted to install this skin. Can't find it on wincustomize, tried searching etc. I think I remember it was in the GUI olympics last year. Anybody know where I can get it?

The only two I know from the GUI Olympics are https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=4330&LibID=1 and https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=4335&LibID=1 Not the name you mention, but that isn't familiar to me.
