Wallpaper problems with window blinds

I'm having trouble getting wallpapers displayed. when my system first boots up, the wallpaper I have designated in display properties is displayed, but once window blinds loads, the wall paper dis-appears and the default desktop color is substituted. I can get the desired wallpaper to display by opening display properties, selecting "None" for back ground, then clicking "Apply" then selecting the desired wallpaper, and clicking "Apply" It is really a pain ta hafta do this every time I start up my computer. I know about the "Apply any wallpaper supplied" setting and I currently don't have it selected. PLEASE, MAKE IT STOP! PLEEEASE? X-(

You might try the following:

Unload WindowBlinds > return Windows to default theme using the Display Properties\Themes tab, including all icons > reboot computer > place the Wallpaper you want to use in "C\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpapers" folder (where "C" is the letter drive) > use Display Properties to apply wall > reload WindowBlinds by running it, making sure the "Apply any wallpaper supplied" is still deselected, then use the "Apply changes" on left of WB config panel.

Reboot to insure settings stay the way you want them.
