Two sound tracks after reloading a saved game.

That's what I got on 0.21.003. The opening music and the normal background music playing at the same time, off beat, and combining into some very discordant sounds.

It doesn't happen all of the time. Also, being in windowed mode, I switched the focus to SDC (here) and started entering this post. I switched back for a moment to check something and it was back to just the normal background music.

So did you load the game from the main menu, or were you in a game when you loaded it?

I loaded it from the main menu after starting galciv2.exe from the icon on the desktop . I have not yet tried reloading a game by going from within a game.
