Problem installing icons

well, i just decided to purchase Icon Packager 3... i downloaded some packages (Icon A Day for example) and i wanted to install it...
the problem is that inside the archive, i have a ".ICL" and a '.iconpackage" files... And i don't know how i can install a package with this format of package (i downloaded some that where ".iptheme" and there is no problem with them !
could you help me ?

If it is downloading as a zip, which is a XP SP2 issue, right click on the .zip, rename to .ip double click and it will self install. In tools, folder options, view make sure hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
