Sad censoring

Wrong news?

Why were my posts about the release of Axialis IconWorkshop 5.1
removed from the forum?

I first posted a News article that never showed up.
Then I posted the news as a forum post. That post showed up
but disappeared after 20 minutes.

What was it with this news that caused the news to be censored?

News items go through moderation.

I'm looking through the forum and see no post by you about it (deleted posts show up for admins).  So I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Yeah I read that News posts were being moderated so I waited for 2 hours and then I figured out that it had been "moderated".

I then wrote the forum post. It is still showing up in my Profile page with the other posts I've made.

No idea why it was removed from the forum topic list.

The News post is now on the frontpage in it's entirety.
You can just reduce the News article to the first line,
linking to the rest.
No need to let it take up so much space

The thread disappearing from the forum has to be a site glitch. As Brad said, we can see deleted/hidden threads, but it's simply not there......
