DVD Player Problem

I've recently bought and installed Windows Blinds, and I went to play a DVD on my laptop using the Intervideo WinDVD player, and the screen of the player goes fuzzy, and mixed in with the fuzz is images of my desktop and startbar... The DVDs work fine on regular DVD players, and it even plays through Real Player and Windows Media Player... I was just wondering if anyone else has experience this problem, and if there's a way to cure it.

If i revert back to default XP settings, ie, ugly blue taskbar etc. then WinDVD works fine.... can anyone reccomend a good, free, DVD player to download?

Try restarting your computer again or maybe try another theme to see if it changes. I'm also using the Win player, and there's no problems. Try the Thunder Storm theme.

Cheers, but restarting was the first thing i tried... and i tried changing the theme too. I love the Thunderstom theme , but the taskbar goes all fuzzy when the inactive icons hide , so i don't use it. It's a real pain in the ass...
