Skin Studio to Animation Shop (AS) to Paintshop Pro (PSP) & back again. You can get Skin Studio at www.stardock.com; also AS & PSP at www.jasc.com (at least I think that link still works ).

1.) Open a new skin in Skin Studio
2.) Select the animation file you want
3.) Export it to AS
4.) Start PSP from AS
5.) Select all frames in animation
6.) Export frames to PSP from AS
7.) Edit frames
8.) Send back to AS
9.) Set settings to taste
10.) Save (Note sometimes AS saves the file with this file ext.:.avi.~AS.TMP. Simply delete everything after the .avi.)

There are other ways to do it. This one works for me. If you need a little more 'how to' ask & I'll write it out better.

I use Photoshop to create the images that I use in my progress animations and GIF Movie Gear to turn them into the required AVIs.

jasc addy still works for now = auto redirect to corel3
If you don't have other options you can also use avi quick - Link - click "Descargar".
