If any of the 'old guard' knows who it is, please let me know! 
No not at all, but you have to cover some/most of the essential parts of the wallpaper - to prevent it being copied and used as a wallpaper
Might sound a bit picky but posting a wallpaper fully exposed could be considered ripping (un-ententional perhaps but still...)
unless off course you created the wall yourself
(Smacking a window of some type just right of her neck should do the trick)

Diafragma: as you may remember, you submitted that exact screenshot here at WinC and it was rejected for the exact same reasons.
And if 'covering it up defeats the purpose' why should people even click the link you provide,
if they could simply copy the image you're posting?
As long as you didnt create the wallpaper/background you have no rights to do so.
What policy other sites have on this issue is beside the case (since you're deeplinking from DevArt)
but as long as WinC has this copyright policy the image will not be posted the way it is looking now.
I mean... c'mon, what harm could a single window possibly do?
