Dx url shortcuts quit working?

All the sudden my url shortcuts on DX objects quit working.. Says windows can't find shortcut. They always use to work, does anybody know why all the sudden they don't?

Ditto - I had to restore my computer to a previous restore point to remedy.

Oh well I guess I'll do without them because I don't feel like doing a restore for just that..
