Icons and Start menu don't change

HELP!

I am using the free version of Windows Blinds. When I apply a theme the windows and everything changes as it should expect for my icons and the start menu. The Start button is changed, but when I open the start menu it is just basic gray. None of my icons will change either. My mouse cursor is also unchanged. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Icons require IconPackager, cursors require CursorXP from software tab. Then download icons and cursors from those galleries.

Also...the free version of WindowBlinds is limited in its function...not exactly sure what the limits are since I've never used the free version...I just know its limited. That could be why your start menu isn't skinned.
