Win to MacOS Customization

i'm trying to customize my winXP...

so...

i want to make my win looks like this picture...

But... my clock don't stay like this one, and i like the icons in desktop like Mac.. how i install this File Correctly!??


And i like this icons in desktop :






This is equal MAc... how i do that??
