No WindowBlinds on reboot

I have WB 4.51 enhanced installed (well, Object Desktop 2005). After applying skin & rebooting, WindowBlinds is no longer skinning the interface and I have to go back into WindowBlinds to reskin it. I have tried doing it with different skins and they all do it. I have tried uninstalling, deleting the WindowBlinds directory and reinstalling, but the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas?

Browse to C:/Program Files/Stardock/Object Desktop/Windowblinds.
Find WBLoad, make a shortcut, and drag it into your startup folder. (C:/Documents and settings/*your account name*/Start Menu/Programs/Startup)
Insert the name of your user account in place of *your account name*
