Admins.....seeing some unrequested links in comment text

To any admins available,

I left a comment here Link, and after submitting it - I found that some of the words "computer" and three others were in green with double-underlines and seem to be linked to outside the WC site.
Please clarify (if they are still there), just left a comment, and ta-daa - instant links.

Script issues? Highjacked HTML?

A bit strange to say the least.

I swear it was not me.

I thought it was just me, or else WC had started uisng paid links. I've seen a few other sites using that kind of ad. Not as bad as a pop-up, but still annoying when you're trying to read something.

Those little "unrequested links" are all over in the news sections. Quite annoying.

I just saw it (in Corky O's post not less - Link

This time I wasn't logged in.

Don't usually browse not logged, so haven't noticed it before.

Is that the intellitxt?

Wierd, the words "p0p-up" (intentionally mis-spelled) in my previous post shows as a paid link for stopzilla when fiewing in FF. I switch to IE and don't see it.

If kona can see them then I know it can't be a FF only issue.

looks like intelitext advertising to me. pretty routine stuff on alot of websites these days. lets hope wincustomize uses the extra dosh to sort this site out.

The links you are seeing our paid advertisements.  Normally subscribers should not see them but due to some problems today I have WinCustomize running off of a secondary server running using slighty outdated code.  I was not able to get everything updated today so that is why you are seeing those links.  It will be cleared up tomorrow.

I trust it's just a weird blip in the system...please don't let intellitext take over these forums...it's highly annoying. I post a lot at Rotten Tomatoes, and once IGN took over and started using intellitext, I've hated it. Hated it, hated it, hated it.

I think there was supposed to be a "THE" between Chicken and rapist, you know, he's a Chicken Therapist, helping all those poor chickens get through their depressions, overcome their phobias. (Can you imagine a chicken with claustrophobia? I mean, come on, they're trapped in that egg.....good thing we have our good friend around to help them sort it all out.)
