Edit Script Error

on DesktopX Builder
Mouse Right Click, select 'Properties' and click 'Edit' button.
then It show me not notepad for editing the script but the error message.
I don't know why...
Can you help me?

Does existing scripts work?
It might be your WScript instalation that's broken. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=C717D943-7E4B-4622-86EB-95A22B832CAA&displaylang=en

I got no idea either. But I noticed that most DX script issues as fixed after reinstalling WScript.
