Objectdock Reloaded.....the wrong way

I’ve noticed that when I come out of a full screen program such as Medal of Honor, once the dock reloads onto the desktop its icons on it go be hind the docks color part or background. I have the default with shadow background on and I’ am thinking the shadow part may be confusing the dock when it reloads. It’s just the objectdock not the Plus one. And I don’t have a website to post a link to a screen shot of the problem
