iconX will not run

have updated iconX and now it keeps crashing it comes up with a send error mesage
have tried uninstaling it and reloading it but its still the same
and has any one found a way of ruuning DesktopX and iconX at the same time
I also run ObjectDock Plus
I have not run desktopX since last December every time it updates I try it with no luck
