Window size?

When ever I try to open a sized window from a site (such as Newgrounds), the window is one constaint size, and doesn't conform with whater is in it. This makes it annoying to have cut off Flash anmiations when I try to watch them on newgrounds.

Oh, and I've just discovered this happens only in FireFox.
