stardoc central install errors

stardoc central won't install:

desktopX,
IconPackager,
KeyboardLaunchpad

it keeps telling me there is an error in the expected file size.

That happened to me when I was downloading the 366MB multimedia file for GalCiv. I just tried it again and it picked up where it had left off and seemed to finish okay.
