Soldier strengh

Right now I am in game while at war with the drengin. My soldiers are being slaughtered because my soldiers Attack, Defence, and Tech are all at zero.

What Im wondering is, what techs do i need to research to get those up? I know antimatter weapons and tri-quan training ups my soldiers abilities, but what techs improve tech, defence and attack for soldiers?

I don't think soldiers have attack and defense the same way as ships do, theres just the soldiering ability.

No, they have Tech, Attack and Defence. I double checked just to make sure i wasnt making a mistake. They do have defence and attack aswell. I need to know what tech up these.

If they're literally getting zero in battle and killing no-one, that's a bug. Basic attack score is 1.

Must be because it went up to one... Now, what techs raise your soldiers "tech" score? does any one know?

Does anyone even know what Attack, Defense, and Tech represent on the invasion screen? Advantage Factor seems to be the only number that directly affects the outcome of the battle, so I assume they all affect that somehow.

Well attack and defence are pretty ovious I think maybe they are something else, but what does tech do? And how do you get it up?
