WinCustomize Getting Faster!

We have been working very hard at trying to isolate bottle necks and bugs that have been causing WinCustomize to be slow and we feel we made some decent progress this week.  Within the last day we have implemented several changes that has improved the performance.  Most of the changes have been within reading artices and forums.  But with any change it should also impact the site as a whole.

Please let us know if the site feels better for you now.  I know it does for me.

Seems like the pages are more decisive when they load, with no hesitation between loading each part of an image - for example, the borders of individual text boxes.

Thanks to T-Man and the rest of the crew. I apologize for not remembering the names of the other crew members.

Could you post their names again so we can thank them all?

I agree with Corky, moving between pages has been working flawless for the time I've been on today. However, there is still a lag (20+ minutes) between making a reply and having the article list (main forum page) show the new reply in either the time or number.

Thanks. W2 has been much slower than we've been used to. It's good to get it running up to speed again.

This is what I got this morning...

"Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

...and only half the page loaded. I had to break out SDC to check out the posts this morning.
