Logon Studio animation

Can I incorporate animated GIFs into a Logon w/ LogonStudio? What I'm trying to do is mimic a mac by having an animated bar after logging in. After entering my password and hitting enter, an animated bar should appear, like in Mac OSX. Can I do this?
