HELP: Pixel Shader 1.1

What's Pixel Shader 1.1?

I got a GeForce4 MX, AGP 4X, 64MB, video card and for alot of games i get that i need Pixel Shader 1.1 or later to play the game.
What is Pixel Shader 1.1? How come my video card doesnt have it? Do i need to update my video card drive or somethin'?

You need a new videon card. The GeForce4MX cards don't support pixel or vertex shaders. New drivers won't do any good as the card simply isn't capable of it.

I have that same problem also with my GeForce4MX, if I upgraded to a radeon 9800 pro I would be good and set wouldn't I?

A minimum of Geforce FX 5200 would get you back into the game ... Shop around.

Or a Geforce 6600 or 6600GT...They run at $200 and below. I believe they support Pixel shader 3.0 as well...
