Thanks butch-I will be here,just not those two themes in question-maybe new ones in the future will though.Had to jump in on the whole litestep theme rateing thing though{which goes for rating anything}-I personally don"t think someone should rate something without first downloading and giving said theme or skin or widget or whatever a good looking over. Like jafo stated-screenshots don"t always tell the whole story.Anyhows I"m going to work on my skills and see were that leads and try to remember to myself that I do this for fun

Developer computerdummy5 Glad to hear you are going to be here. Because I do like your work. And as you say this has got to be for fun. I dont take any of it serious. If I port something I try to do my best and hope the users like it. but its for fun. You know if I think about it maybe you and Jafo are right because if you cant fully appreciate something how can you fairly judge it? Or at least if you are going to judge it judge it with a good mark, but maybe people should abstain before they actually "been there, done that" .

A 'good mark' or a 'bad mark' when applied through ignorance and naivete is equally damaging and irrelevant.

No-one should even entertain the idea of rating anything at all without first looking at it.

If all this is some 'ploy' for personal advancement through numerous ratings and/or comments it is doomed [guaranteed] to fail.

One valued and considered judgement is worth a million vaccuous inanities.

I've seen comments such as "Great job" in response to someone asking a "question" about their screenshot,or the same "Great shot" or "Good job" or whatever over and over, screenshot after screenshot, same comment....and in libraries all over the site....on stuff over a year old....seems like an easy way to get #1 in "Skinshot Comments" or in rating skins....for whatever that might be worth..."Great job" on a screenie of a wall, taskbar and rainy??? Oh well, whatever.......
