Bootskins

Hey all, just had a question about a bootskin I made. I've posted this in a couple different places so I hope to get some sort of feedback.

Here's the deal: I made a bootskin recently and everything turned out fine except for one thing. When it boots up it's shifted to the left a ways and doesn't display properly. I know the size (640 x 480) is right and that it's 16 colors. I even used a base from a bootskin that DID work on startup as a template. Any idea what could cause this or what I could do to fix it? Like I said, I know the dimensions and the colors etc. are correct, I just can't pinpoint what makes it do this. Any ideas? Thanks much.

how do you set your bootskin screen up? Because i downloaded bootskins and i can't get them on the bootskin bootskin list.

The skins that you download have a .bootskin extension, right? When I install, I just double-click the file. Bootskin should install it for you. I just use a zipping utility to put a .bootskin extension on it instead of a zip or a rar extension. Then I commence with the double-clicking as usual. I found that if you delete some of the screens that come with the program, you'll have problems installing new ones. Try reinstalling it and then adding them...I'm going to bed. Class tomorrow.

Most likely, your colors aren't correct. Send it to me if you wish and I'll have a look.
