Start menu eratic skins...

All secondary menus after the start menu take time for the skin to appear.

This is more prevalant in complex skins, and annoys me to no end. Geforce FX5700 (256 meg)P4 3.0ghz,Intel 365PE c/set. Display drivers are V66.93 (Latest certified)If I mouse up and down for a while, the skin appears, and follows the mouse through the menu...

Any Ideas????
