Window Task Panel Problem

Windowblinds v4.4 does not show window task panel bar

I've installed windowblinds v4.4 on my computer and the window task panel which shows in every folder by default is gone. This will happen when I apply a skin which is supposed to skin the window task panel aligned at the top. I've looked through the FAQ and it can't seem to help. Can anyone give help on this? Thanks.

Ahh, these would be the new shellstyles. First of all, I believe you have to have the Enhanced (paid and registered) version of WindowBlinds for the "top" links. Also, try to close all Explorer windows before you make the switch from one shellstyle to another (or just do it afterwards), since it needs a refresh to repaint the new menus.

It's a registered enhanced version. However when I've tried the method you recommend, the problem still persists... Why so?
