User pic problem

Just got around to adding my user pic to the site(just noticed how) and started to look to see what some of the other folks looked like that I have come to know my name only.Well-to my problem-seems mine makes me look old,bald,fat and grey and adni18 looks like a greek god. Gotta be some kind of glitch with the site being new and all.Would be much appreciated in anybody in the know would look into this for me and fix this terrible,terrible glitch
