plz someone help me

alright well sorry for posting again but its really frustrating me.. alright well i cant get the import bootskin to work... the only way for the program to even pick up the bootskin i downloaded is by changing the source to .bootskin and after that it turns to the right format... but it says now that it is corrupted or it is only a read-only file.. sio can someone plz plz help me
