User Level problems with account

could an admin or sumone clear this up for me plz

Hey,

I hav a registered account with Wincustomize.com (since early this year), as i occasionally submit skins, and hav never had the word Citizen or anything else in front of my user name. This has not really troubled me in the past but recently i hav experienced restrictions on content download that has prevented me downloading any skins off the site for about a month now. Also with the new Wincustomize site i have noticed that my User Level is still 1, and wen i checked the UserLevel Guidelines i saw that having a registered account with Wincustomize should give me a User Level of 2 and unrestricted downloads. I am not sure y my user level is still 1 and would very much like it if this situation can be fixed. but sry if ive overlooked sumthing here.

User Level 2 doesn't get unrestricted downloads. There's a 50 MB cap. Level 3, and 4 have unlimited downloads, and access to faster servers. Anyway, there have been changes going on with the user levels, and I don't know for sure, but I think level 1 is the new level 2.
