I mean, let's see. What's the message I get?

The message makes it seem more or less optional. Let me guess, it's not?

What the heck?  Something is weird here.

I see you as a Level 1 user. Level 1 users are visitors, without even a registered account. But you have a usernbame and you can post to this messageboard, so you obviously have an account. And you have downlaoded close to 1 Gig, where the max is 50 megs for level 2 users and 5 megs for level 1 users.

This is too weird.
