Is This A Rip of a Skinsfactory' WMP Skin?

hi..

Well, I was just surfing this one site called www.n-sane.net
It's a photoshop tutorials site. Well, the top header picture caught my eye because some of the parts of the graphic looked like they were taken from the "Terminator 3" WMP skin by The Skinsfactory. I don't know if I am right or wrong, but I was just wondering if this is a rip or not?

Nope, they've been around quite a while. It's a similar style, but original graphics. They have some nice tutorials there though.

Not a rip. No graphic is copied from the skin. They have the same colour-scheme and a few similarities, but it's possible the designer even never laid his eyes on the T3-skin.
