Well, neither 'Inspirat' nor 'Inspirate' are English words, so I don't know which is correct. Microsoft's visual style is spelled 'Royale'. That I know for sure.

Royal - Inspire, Inspiration or Inspiratory. Thats all I could find in the Concise Oxford.

Simply because somebody didn't pay attention to detail when they named and uploaded their skin.

Royale = Deluxe (Cafe Royale in London, Casino Royale as in James Bond Book)

That Means that Royale is somewhat related to Royale.
