wincustomize subscription question

Hello, I have but one question for how this works. I got the browser now it asks for renewal of subscription, forgive me if I'm wrong but wasn't paying for the browser renewing my subscription? Or do I need to purchase both the browser and subscription which would make it a total of 39.90 for two years. Is this correct ? Just some questions that I could not find in the faq's.

and the cross reference of accounts isn't working either. Done it 3 times says level four, when I leave and sign on again i'm back to level 3. I really do love this site introduced it to many of friends online and offline (here at the homefront). Even gotten a few to join this site. Honestly never had this much trouble before either. Well hope you guys can get me in the right direction and thanks for those who do help. On my way out to work.

T-Man thank you the browser is working great. Now I feel so obligated, how about an autographed t-shirt of the awesome skinners on this website. That be pretty cool.
