Need help..about icons

Have a look at this picture:

It is an icons collection image.I am wondering how to replace all the icons of the same type(such as .jsp/.txt files) just by simple steps.Need I setup any softwares for an addition?

To use this icon package, you need to have IconPackager installed, which is part of Object Desktop https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/

hello ! sorry i just wanted to ask that i dl icon packages ! and im using iconpackager 2.5 and when i try to load the icons ! theres no files ....
can u plz help !!

First dl and save the icon package to your hard drive and then double click on it to load it into IconPackager.
This always works for me..
