Desktop X 2.19 beta 7/14/04 causes desktop icon to disappear!

Hey what in the world is up with the latest beta for Desktop X 2.19? I download it from stardock central and all my desktop icon disappeared! nothing seems to bring them back. Can anyone advise? >

Yeah there is....check show 'Pre-release Apps' and under the tools tab click on update apps. Make sure in settings the 'More/Less' option is checked and that the 'Less' button is showing so you know all the apps are showing.

if rebooting doesn't work bring up the DX configuration and on one of the pages (I think it's the first), is an option to "Hide Desktop Icons". If this option is ed un it..

OK. Got it. Rebooted and it showed up in Desktop x as a tab. Whew. Icons back and everything thanks to
