SysMatrix 3.0 Error help

I am using Win XP Home with service pack 1b. When trying to install SysMatrix 3.0 i get a error 1931 windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx. Ether windows is protected or windows needs to be updated. Update what, where and how. Any help would be great.

Just wanted to make sure it was 1a and not 1. 1a does not have the Microsoft VM with it, you have to install Java.http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp . I don't think that's the problem, but I don't know any other reason why it would be giving you an update file error. That ocx file is nothing more then a Microsoft help file (you cannot have active X completely shut off). Make sure you have the newest SysMetrix version installed and all else being equal, it should fix it. Well, the program (3.0) installed but i still got that error message. java made the skins changable but some of the skins or dials don't work. Sysmatrix is still down. What's with that site? it's allways down. >

Thanks to all. 3.2.0 worked and so did Xymantix link. Java threw my pc into a panic so i uninstalles it.
