New folders blank icon

from Stardock Forums

When I create a new folder on the desktop the folder icon is just blank. See here

Any ideas why this is happening?  Thanks for your time :)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need few more details,

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also, need its full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Iconpackager version number installed.
  3. Is the issue appear on any IconPackager theme?

Added Note I can't reproduce your issue in my Windows 11 25H2 (OS Build 26200.7840) with IconPackager 10.03
