Please someone help me, I cant save as bitmap with out a problem. What ion do I use to INDEX COLOR?

In PSP there is an option to save the palette seperately, I'm sure PS has an option like that also, hunt through all options and menu's

Palette: Local (Perceptual) (any of the "local" variants will do, actually)
Color: 16
Forced: none
