Delays in uploading

I just realized some citizens got their stuff uploaded and the moderators didnt moderate the whole category. It seems like they piccked and chose what they wanted to upload and let the other stuff wait for later. It really sucks having this long of waits. What about having some of the journeyman do it. Justy a suggestion. Anyways this is really getting on my nerves havign to wait so long for things to be uploaded. I seriously think WC should have an automatic moderating capability for a certain level of users. Maybe allowable for something between citizen and apprentice. That way it would be easier and the moderators would have a smaller load to handle.

 We do.

Works are approved as and when the appropriate amount of 'opinion' is given....and some people concentrate more on one section than on others....and there's often quite a lot to sift through...and then there's the added involvement with the GUIO...and some long-forgotten thing called 'real life', but I'm reliably informed that I don't have one....

The problem with that method is that it will allow the posting of a lot of work that wouldn’t meet the guidelines and eventually the site will be flooded with a lot of 'bad' work.
The reason why auto-posting is granted to journeymen level or higher is that these authors have gain the trust of the site's admins and have shown that they posses enough skills to submit good work that abide the site's guidelines.
Admins do a fair job on moderating the work submitted, be patience and learn to accept rejection if your work gets denied.

Wc has 14 people who moderate. Between their work and play time, I think they do a fine job. What more do you want, full time paid moderators?

No I do not want full time paid moderators, I just thought that it might be possible to have lets say a way to upload things that are filtered for vulgar content, so that they show up in your user page, and wait until moderators get to them to be fully displayed. THat is what I meant. I am sorry for cuasing such an uproar. I just wanted to make a suggetion. I just thought that it was going rather slow.

I am sorry if my spelling was wrong but my keyboard sucks. It is a whimpy laptop keyboard and I sometimes accidentally hit keys in the wrong order or hit extra keys or forget to hit a key. Why do you hate so much. Also Yrag I tried to say it as politely as I could but I was rather angry. I am sorry to all whom I offendd I was just making a complaint and suggestion.

I see 4 OD icons waiting in the cue, uploaded yesterday........ sorry you're having such a long wait.

When I look at submissions, I usually start at the back of the pack (the oldest first), and I rarely have time (or patience) to go through 8 pages in one sitting.

I thought I had uploaded them on Thursday. I am sure I did. I just am surprised it takes so long. I was just saying. I didnt realize it was going to get this bad. Also, yes as China Cat said no matter how sarcastically, the weekends do make me impatient.
