Hi:

I just downloaded windows Blinds 4 public and am having trouble changing the colors of the background etc. I want to customize the colors on my theme, What do I do? What files to I change?

Try Skin Studio. That's the program for making and modifying Windowblinds.

I downloaded that aswell! How does one use that software to change color? I dont know if there is a tutorial. Windows Blinds is some cool stuff

If you only have the freeware version of WB then there are features that are not skinned. You have to buy the full program to get the full capabilities of WB.
