Pste copy

Hello guys,

For a few days now, the connection between two PCs has been a problem. The PCs are connected but it is not possible to copy and paste. The mouse works, then it tells me that the PCs are not connected (red PC icon) but instead the mouse works, drag and drop works. I checked the option to copy files, checked the firewall but it no longer works as before.

Hi Marko,

Thank you for posting.  Even if Windows Firewall is currently disabled, please try running the Multiplicity port fix on both PCs, then reboot both systems and test the copy/paste again.

If it still fails after that, please let us know:

1. Whether normal text copy/paste fails, file copy/paste fails, or both.

2. Also, to clarify, are you using Seamless or KVM mode?

3. Another fundamental thing to check, please also confirm the full Multiplicity version/build shown on the "About" tab to ensure it's the same on both PCs.  You can also check for updates on that tab if one needs an update.

Best regards,
