Taskbar Thumbnails are Offset (thumbnail for wrong app is displayed)

With Start11 version 2.71

Using the Windows 10 theme for the Start Menu.

Sometimes after being logged into the PC for a bit, the "hover over" thumbnail of the running app on the task bar will not show the correct thumbnail. It will either show nothing, or it will show a different app. There appears to be an "offset"... meaning all the thumbnails are "shifted" some number of spots left or right. So some of them show the app "X" spots to the left or right (and all others are shifted proportionally) but then others "fall off" meaning there is no app that many spots away so they show nothing.

This happens at random and started after one of the recent updates. 

Any help appreciated. Thank you. 

Happy to share my configuration, I know there are so many settings for this product it could be complicated to decipher the behavior.
